US Dollar and Saudi Riyal Rates vs Yemeni Rial on Monday, October 26, 2026

Foreign currency exchange rates against the Yemeni rial stabilized on Monday, with no significant changes compared to previous days, despite a scarcity in the availability of the US dollar and Saudi riyal.
Banking sources told Al-Mahriah Net that the exchange rate of the Saudi riyal in exchange shops and companies in government-controlled areas reached 410 rials.
The sources added that the US dollar is priced at about 1560 Yemeni rials.
Meanwhile, the Yemeni rial has maintained its stability in Houthi-controlled areas for years, where the Saudi riyal is exchanged for about 140 rials, and the US dollar is between 535 and 540 rials, amid complaints of high prices despite the stable currency.
This comes amid ongoing financial challenges throughout Yemen, which is facing one of the world's worst humanitarian and economic crises.
