WSJ: Houthis Pledged to Saudi Arabia Not to Target Its Ships

The Wall Street Journal reported, citing Saudi energy officials, that the kingdom has received assurances from the Houthis that they will not target it or its ships passing through Bab el-Mandeb.
The newspaper added that Saudi Arabia informed the United States that the situation remains volatile, and that the Houthis could become more involved in the conflict if they face increased pressure from Iran.
The newspaper also reported, citing Arab officials, that the Houthis might already start imposing fees on passing ships.
