Local residents reported on Friday that violent explosions shook the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, which is under the control of the Houthi group.
The residents said that the explosions occurred in more than one location in the capital, without their causes or nature being clear yet.
There was no immediate comment from the Houthi group regarding the explosions.
This comes amid ongoing military escalation on several fronts in Yemen, during which the capital, Sana'a, had previously witnessed airstrikes launched by the Saudi-led coalition.
