Government Forces Reveal Toll of Recent Military Operations

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced conducting 1,392 targeting operations in the past 24 hours as part of "Operation Fajr al-Yaman" (Yemen's Dawn), targeting Houthi group gatherings, reinforcements, and military sites across all frontlines.
In a statement, the Armed Forces said the operations included ground attacks and focused air and fire strikes, targeting the group's movements, command posts, fortifications, trenches, vehicles, and armored vehicles, as well as heavy and medium weapon positions.
It added that according to initial field counts, the operations resulted in neutralizing about 620 members of the group, including field commanders, in addition to destroying or disabling around 190 vehicles, armored units, transport means, and pieces of heavy and medium weaponry.
In Taiz Governorate, the Armed Forces stated that their units carried out raids and counter-attacks on Houthi positions, making progress on the Al-Aqroudh front, and thwarted the group's attempts to regroup its forces or retake lost positions.
It noted that operations are ongoing on other fronts, aiming to target the group's movements, reserves, and fire sources, and to disrupt its supply lines and ability to maneuver between axes.
The Armed Forces affirmed that the Houthi group's continued deployment of its elements and reinforcements will not change the course of the battle, stressing that their movements and military capabilities are monitored and targeted, according to the statement.
It also affirmed its commitment to the rules of international humanitarian law and to taking the necessary precautions to protect civilians and civilian objects.
