Guterres Condemns Houthi Attack on King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia

UN Secretary-General António Guterres condemned the attack launched by the Houthi group in Yemen on Saturday, against King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Guterres said: "I am deeply shocked and strongly condemn the deadly attack launched by the Houthis on Saturday on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was reported to have killed 12 people and injured hundreds of civilians."
Guterres noted that attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure constitute a violation of international law, adding, "These attacks must stop immediately."
