Foreign Minister Arrives in Amman on Official Visit to Discuss Yemen and Regional Developments

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Afrah Al-Zouba, arrived this evening in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to discuss the latest developments in Yemen and the region and to enhance consultation and coordination between the two countries.
Al-Zouba carries a written message from the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, to Jordan's King Abdullah II, concerning relations and issues of common interest.
During the visit, the minister is scheduled to hold official talks with Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi. She will also meet with Speaker of the House of Representatives Mazen Al-Qadi, President of the Senate Faisal Al-Fayez, and a number of Jordanian officials.
Upon her arrival, Al-Zouba was received by the Head of the Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs Department at the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mohammed Al-Tarawneh, Yemen's Ambassador to Jordan, Jalal Faqira, and a number of members of the diplomatic mission at the embassy.
