Gold Prices in Sana'a and Aden Today, Thursday, Sept 25, 2026
Gold prices in Yemen saw a discrepancy between the Sana'a and Aden markets today, Friday, coinciding with the rise in global prices for the precious metal.
According to gold and jewelry price data, the price of a gold ounce reached $4,280.60 for purchase and $4,280.72 for sale.
In Aden, a gram of 21-karat gold was recorded at about 182,261 rials, and 24-karat gold at about 212,246 rials, while the price of a gold sovereign reached about 1,464,997 rials.
In Sana'a, the price of a gram of 21-karat gold reached about 62,485 rials, and 24-karat gold about 72,761 rials, while the gold sovereign was recorded at about 502,239 rials.
Gold prices in the Yemeni market differ between Sana'a and Aden due to the variation in the local currency exchange rates between the country's regions.
