Aden.. Al-Muharrami Discusses General Situation with Prime Minister

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Abdulrahman Al-Muharrami, met on Saturday in the interim capital, Aden, with Prime Minister Shaya Al-Zindani to discuss the general situation, government work priorities, and efforts made to address challenges and improve the level of services and living conditions for citizens.
The meeting reviewed the level of public services, foremost among them electricity, water, health, education, and sanitation, as well as the main difficulties facing the service sectors and the necessary measures to ensure the continuity of services and improve their performance, contributing to alleviating the citizens' suffering.
The meeting also addressed the humanitarian situation amid the repercussions of military escalation and increasing waves of displacement. They discussed the importance of raising the level of government response and strengthening the capacity of relevant authorities to receive and shelter the displaced and provide their basic needs for healthcare and food, in coordination with international organizations and humanitarian partners.
On the military and security front, the meeting touched on the latest developments on the frontlines, the level of readiness and coordination between forces and security agencies, and the importance of continuing to support the fronts and raising the level of vigilance and preparedness to deal with field developments.
The meeting also touched on the economic and financial situations, the need to enhance the ability of state institutions to meet their obligations, secure basic needs, and continue measures aimed at stabilizing markets and improving financial and institutional performance.
Al-Muharrami stressed the importance of prioritizing service and humanitarian files in the government's work, directing available resources toward basic needs, and enhancing integration between ministries and local authorities to ensure the continuity of services and improve performance efficiency in vital sectors.
For his part, Al-Zindani affirmed the government's commitment to implementing its plans and programs aimed at improving the level of services, addressing economic and humanitarian challenges, and enhancing the performance of state institutions in all fields.
