Army Thwarts Houthi Attack, Shells Positions and Reinforcements Southeast of Taiz

The Yemeni army announced on Thursday that it thwarted an attack by the Houthi group on the Al-Anin front in the Jabal Habashi district, west of Taiz governorate, while also shelling the group's positions and reinforcements southeast of the governorate.
The army's Taiz Military Axis said in a statement that its forces thwarted an attack launched by the Houthi group on the Al-Anin front in the Bilad Al-Wafi sub-district of Jabal Habashi district.
It added that warplanes shelled Houthi positions and reinforcements at the Al-Thakirah junction and in the Al-Dimna and Al-Rahidah areas, southeast of Taiz.
The statement did not include details about the losses resulting from the attack or the airstrikes.
