The head of the political bureau of the Southern Future Council, Fadi Hassan Baoum, affirmed that Hadhramaut is a cornerstone of the southern national fabric, and that the next phase requires more joint work and concerted efforts in a spirit of responsibility and partnership.
Baoum's statement came upon his arrival at Al-Riyan International Airport in Mukalla city this Saturday, coming from Saudi Arabia to a massive reception attended by figures and leaders of the Southern Future Council, tribal, social, and political figures, as well as crowds of Hadhramaut's sons.
Baoum stressed the need to unify visions and enhance channels of communication and cooperation with various political and community forces and events in a way that serves citizens, consolidates institutional work, and promotes opportunities for stability and development amidst the challenges of the current stage.
Baoum's return to Hadhramaut comes in the context of an ongoing political and societal movement, which increases the importance of dialogue and coordination between various components and leaders and enhances national partnership to serve the causes of the people of Hadhramaut and the South and their aspirations for a more stable future.
