Marib: Project launched to distribute school bags and uniforms with Turkish funding

A project was launched today, Tuesday, in Marib Governorate to distribute school bags and uniforms to 600 male and female students from the most needy displaced and host community families. The project is implemented by the Construction and Relief Forum (CRB), with funding from the Turkish Diyanet Foundation.
The Deputy Director of the Education Office in the governorate, Abdulaziz Al-Bakri, stressed the project's importance in alleviating the living burdens on the beneficiary students and their families. He praised the Turkish Diyanet Foundation's support for the educational process in the governorate through the Construction and Relief Forum.
For his part, the representative of the Turkish Diyanet Foundation, Mohammed Bahaa al-Din, explained that this intervention is part of the ongoing efforts to support education and enhance the stability of the educational process in Yemen.
He pointed out that the project provides each beneficiary with a complete school bag containing school supplies and materials, along with a full school uniform. The aim is to help students from the most needy families continue their studies and education, and to reduce their dropout rate due to their families' inability to provide school supplies and uniforms.
