Al-Mahrah: Public Works Continues Removing Sesbania Trees from Al-Ghaydah's Streets
The Public Works and Roads office in Al-Ghaydah district, the capital of Al-Mahrah governorate, is continuing a field campaign to remove Sesbania trees from the city's neighborhoods and along internal roads and streets, as part of efforts to improve the public appearance and raise cleanliness levels.
The Director of Public Works and Roads in the district, Salem Belhaf, said that the campaign is part of a field program implemented by the office under the direct guidance of the local authority leadership in the governorate, and in coordination with the governorate's Public Works and Roads office. He noted that the field teams are continuing their work for the seventh consecutive day in several targeted locations in the city.
Belhaf confirmed that the campaign will continue until the designated sites are completed, contributing to the removal of trees that obstruct traffic or block visibility, and maintaining smooth traffic flow and the urban appearance of Al-Ghaydah's streets and neighborhoods.
